Shipping Policy

We ship out orders Monday through Friday. All standard orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. 

Our shipping department is closed on the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends will ship out during the week Monday through Friday.

Holidays

We observe National Holidays. Product orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped within our standard policy of 3-5 business days after the holiday.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification which includes your package tracking number.

Undelivered, Missing or Damaged Packages

Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Service Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of the shipment’s estimated delivery date. When reporting a damaged package, we will require photos of the damage or defective items. Please retain the original packaging as we will need them to make a claim with the shipper.

Change of Address Requests

Please double check that your shipping address is correct before proceeding with your order. Once the order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. 


Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on the total value of your order at the time your order is placed.  Rates are based on the sales tax rate applicable for your shipping zip code.

Backorders

We do our best to maintain inventory of all our products, however we do experience back orders on occasion. If we are sold out of an item, you may request to be notified via email when the product comes back in stock.

International Sales

We’re sorry, but at this time we do not ship internationally.
