We stand behind our products!

We think you’re going to love your Body Butter. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

To report a damaged product, quality or shipping issue, please contact our customer service team for assistance: info@netaecosmetics.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).

Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only. Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 5-10 business days of receipt. 

Netaé monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Netaé’s sole discretion.

U.S. orders:

Simply grab your order ID number (You can find it in your confirmation email or on the packing slip enclosed in your order package) and contact us at  info@netaecosmetics.com

Damaged Items:

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the jar, packaging and all contents. Contact us as soon as possible at info@netaecosmetics.com  and include a photo(s) of the damaged item for assistance.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

We process orders promptly. 

Cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

If the order is unable to be delivered, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return. 

Promotions

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
